Equalize Startups: Applications for the Equalize 2025 cohort now open

Equalize Startups is a six-month mentoring, training and networking program that seeks to equalize the pathway for academic women who want to commercialize their innovations. Equalize participants receive education, a field-specific mentor, and access to networks that drive new entrepreneurial connections. Equalize candidates can include faculty, postdocs, and grad students in STEM disciplines.

Applications are now open for the 2025 Equalize Startups cohort and are due November 15, 2024. Eligibility details and the application form are available here. A recording of the Equalize Information Session is also available for reference on the Equalize Startups YouTube channel.

Check out the 2024 Equalize Startups Virtual Pitch Event and Symposium where 30 academic women inventors pitched their innovations in categories including: MedTech, Digital Tools, Therapeutics and Physical Sciences.
