Material Transfer

For the transfer of Basic Research Tools from WU to other academic/non-profit recipients, you may use the WU Quick MTA form.

Please inform the Office of Technology Management for all other transfers of materials outbound or inbound. The University requires that you work through the OTM because these agreements involve important rights and obligations.
